Secure sign-in
You sign in with your own Medusa admin account. The session token lives only in the phone’s secure keychain, and your password is never stored.
No secret keys in the app
Medusa secret API keys never go into the app. Notifications use a per-store secret and signed, replay-protected webhooks.
Minimal by design
Push payloads carry only what the alert needs. Logs and diagnostics are redacted. Optional Face ID / biometric lock protects the app on your device.

Notifications come from the Medusa Mobile Bridge — a standard Medusa V2 plugin built on Medusa’s own subscriber and route extension points. Install it, set three environment variables, and link it from the app.

Questions
Is Medusa Mobile made by Medusa?
No. Medusa Mobile is an independent, unofficial mobile admin client for Medusa, built by Barq Agency. It is not developed, sponsored or endorsed by Medusa.
Which Medusa versions does it support?
Medusa V2. The app uses the official V2 Admin API, and checks that your server is a Medusa V2 backend before you sign in. Medusa V1 is not supported.
Do I need to install anything on my server?
Not to manage your store — orders, products, customers and inventory work with any Medusa V2 store out of the box. Push notifications need the small Medusa Mobile Bridge plugin, so your store can tell the app about new orders.
Where is my store data kept?
In your Medusa backend, where it already is. The app reads it directly from your store. Medusa Mobile’s own servers keep only your app account, connected-store details, notification settings and delivery history.
Can I manage more than one store?
Yes. Connect as many Medusa stores as you run, each with its own sign-in, and switch between them from the top of the app.
When can I download it?
Medusa Mobile is preparing for the App Store and Google Play. Store links will appear on this page as soon as the listings are live.
